Return and Delivery Policy

RETURNS POLICY

 

  • Any return must be reported to us by email or fax within 21 days of the date of the goods being despatched to the customer, quoting, Invoice Number, Date and Reasons for the return.

  • The returned item will only be accepted if it is in the original packaging with no signs of wear and can be resold in its returned condition.  Our return policy will not apply if there are signs of actual use such as markings or use.

  • The goods returned must qualify as a product that has not been excluded for return. 

  • Goods that are being exchanged due to a sizing difference must comply with all the return conditions stated above.   Customers will be required to pay return transport to get the goods back to us;   as a customer service, on orders in excess of R1200 we will pay the transport back to the customer but will only provide this service once,  any further changes will require the customer to pay all transport costs.

  • If we are out of stock and you do not accept the revised delivery period a full refund will be made within 7 working days.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

 

  • We will at all times do our best to have the product delivered to customers within 7 to 14 working days and Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will not count as delivery days.  In the case of delivery to main centres we will do our best to arrange delivery within 3 to 7 working days.  

  • Main areas can be noted as follows:   Johannesburg, Pretoria, Benoni, Germiston, Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth, George, Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Nelspruit, and Kimberly.  The cost of delivery to these main centres for a parcel less than 2 kg will be currently be R75.  Outside the main delivery areas the period will be from 7 to 14 working days and there may be changes in transport costs.

Any special courier requirements of 2 days will be at a higher charge.  Please contact us for a quote.
